In addition to sending romantic missives to Rose Weasley and Lily Potter, Scorpius dutifully sent letters to his parents and both sets of grandparents. He was counting on getting some sweets or other small gifts in return via the next owl post.
Scorpius had given up on asking his father for the book that Isadora wanted from the Malfoy family library. He wondered if his grandfather could be persuaded to part with it. Scorpius would have to come up with a plausible reason for requesting the ancient tome. Fortunately for him, he was proficient in wheedling favors from his grandparents.
