Summary: Harry has help wrapping gifts.
Harry spread wrapping paper out on the table in the dining room and placed the small, boxed replica of the Knight Bus in the center of it. He began to cut the festive paper, only to stop so he could rescue the shiny ribbons from Cassi.
"Get down from there, damn it!" he yelled at the cat, who had hopped up on the table to bat at the spools of ribbon. Cassi snatched a bow and made a break for it.
Harry gave chase. "Get back here, damn you!"
Cassi dropped the bow at the foot of the staircase and dashed up the steps. She halted halfway up and nonchalantly washed one paw.
Harry grabbed the mangled bow and stomped back into the dining room.
"Gah!" he cried, plowing both hands through his hair.
Chewy had yanked the wrapping paper off of the table and was merrily rolling around in it. The paper ripped and tore as Chewy flailed his paws and wriggled in glee.
"Get out of there, damn you!" bellowed Harry. He dropped the bow in favor of rescuing Hugo's gift. Harry picked up the box, frowned at a few scuffs on it, but deemed it undamaged otherwise. Harry sighed and directed a glare at his dog, intending to scold Chewy once more. Instead, he witnessed the final demise of the pilfered bow.
"Stop chewing on that, damn it!"
