Draco huddled closer to the building, trying to avoid the worst of the wind and the driving snow. Beside him, he felt his partner shiver.
"This is not how I wanted to begin the New Year," Potter grumbled.
Draco could sympathize. Conducting surveillance was a deadly dull assignment any time, but doing so in inclement weather was utterly wretched. He kept his eyes on the upper floor of the tenement across the street and asked, "Do you have a resolution this year, Potter?"
"As a matter of fact, yes. I resolve not to do any more surveillance in a snowstorm."
