Summary: Harry embraces his Slytherin side.

Within a week of dispatching Voldemort at the Battle of Hogwarts, Harry Potter was calling for the ouster of many Ministry officials. He went public with his history of being undermined by the Ministry of Magic at every turn while he'd engaged in a years-long struggle with the Dark Lord. Harry gave interviews to the Prophet and the Quibbler, and he addressed crowds at several functions and gatherings. The resulting hue and cry was predictable and unwavering, and several Ministry officials were forced to resign in the aftermath of the War.

When castigated by his good friend Hermione for his actions, Harry was unrepentant. "They deserved it," he told her. "They made my battle to fulfill the Prophecy twice as difficult, and all while I was risking my life to save them." Nothing Hermione said could sway Harry from his implacable stance.

When it came time to elect a new Minister, various people and factions encouraged Harry to run for the position. Harry embraced his Slytherin side, adopted a humble mien, and declined. His actions seemed only to galvanize the clamor of Harry Potter for Minister, and when the voting was tallied, Harry had won in a landslide of write-in votes.

On his first official day as Minister of Magic, Harry added to the prison sentences of several former enemies, including Lucius Malfoy, Dolores Umbridge, and Alecto and Amycus Carrow. The documents he signed ensured that none of them would leave Azkaban alive. He also ordered the arrest and imprisonment of Pansy Parkinson, who had called for his head during the Battle of Hogwarts.

Alarmed by their friend's vicious display of vindictiveness, Hermione and Ron had visited Harry's office to voice their concerns. He had informed them that if they didn't like his methods, there was still plenty of room in Azkaban. Neither had spoken to him since. Others hadn't bothered to question Harry's motives, trusting that his actions were just and fair.

Harry had been surprisingly lenient with the remaining Malfoy family. Narcissa Malfoy was placed under house arrest while Harry contemplated her fate, and Draco Malfoy had been given what amounted to a slap on the wrist with a fine and several hours of community service. The day Harry's secretary announced that Draco Malfoy was there to see him, Harry had seemed to be expecting it.

Harry relaxed indolently back in his chair as Malfoy strode into his office. His groin tightened in appreciation...and anticipation. "Have a seat, Malfoy," he invited with a casual wave at the chair opposite him.

Malfoy perched on the edge of the seat and leaned forward assertively. "Potter, I'm here-"

"Minister Potter," Harry corrected with a smirk. He could see a muscle in Malfoy's jaw twitch.

"Minister Potter," Malfoy began again. "I'm here to see what your plans are for my mother."

"I haven't decided yet."

"She saved your life!" Malfoy cried.

"And I repaid the favor by saving hers and yours and everyone else's," Harry reminded him coldly.

The gray eyes dropped. "She's all I have left, P-Minister," Malfoy said in a hoarse voice.

"Now we've come to the real reason for your visit," Harry commented.

"I beg your pardon?"

"You're here to negotiate your mother's release," said Harry. "Do you deny it?"

Malfoy flushed, but he didn't contradict Harry. Instead, he met Harry's eyes. "What do you want, Potter?"

Harry straightened in his chair. "What do you have to offer?"

"Financial backing-"

"I already have more wealth than I know what to do with Malfoy," Harry informed him with a yawn.

"I've my family name and contacts-"

"I'm the Minister of Magic," Harry reminded him, "and I daresay the Malfoy name doesn't mean much these days."

"What is it you want, then?" exclaimed Malfoy. "You obviously have something in mind, so do get to the point and stop playing games."

Harry stood and leaned over his desk, palms flat on the surface. "I want you, Malfoy."

"I-what are you playing at?"

"Don't be coy, Draco," Harry smirked. "Surely you are aware of how attractive you are. Is it that surprising that I wish to avail myself of your...assets?"

Malfoy's mouth had fallen open. "You're mad," he accused in a harsh whisper.

Harry shrugged and sat back down. "Those are my terms, Malfoy. Because I'm in a generous mood, I'll give you twenty-four hours to consider my offer. If you accept, your mother will be exonerated of any wrongdoing. Should you refuse, she will be sent to Azkaban and subjected to the same indignities that I understand Pansy Parkinson is enjoying."

More pale than usual, Malfoy pushed his chair back without a word and all but fled Harry's office.

Harry slouched back in his seat and soothed his throbbing cock with the palm of his hand. When Malfoy returned on the morrow, ready to submit in exchange for his mother's freedom, Harry intended to bend him over the desk and lay claim to Malfoy's haughty arse in the most thorough and degrading manner possible.
