Rufus Wainwright performance on Late Nite with Conan O'Brien was terrible.  :-(         He did the song he sung for 'The Avaitor' and he was all dressed up, and he had this little band with him that was much too fast, and so his voice was everywhere.   I feel so bad for him.   I think anyone who watches will think he always has such a strange band

I agree with both of you. I was so upset for him. WHY didn't he do something from Want TWO?!?!!?! So many wonderful songs on that Album!!! And the TUX was just way over the top. So many people watch Conan, why didn't he use this chance to promote his Album!
