John just moves back into his upstairs room and even in Sherlock’s dreams he gets annoyed about body parts touching food in the fridge and grumbles about Sherlock’s inability to clean up after himself. And that would be enough. Our dreams tell us the truth more often than we like to hear it.

John had always fancied a bit of contemporary so Sherlock fingers the beginning notes of Philip Glass and gets to his feet. *loves*

“Yes,” Sherlock lies because John is happy and that has to be enough. sigh.
