Hello peeps *again?*!
This is the RECRUITMENT POST(January 2012) and as how the name sounds, this is the post that we use to recruit team-members.
The available position are as follow :
*the positions bolded in red are the positions that we are prioritizing above the others.. we are in desparate need of translators!*
1. Translator
- Translate Magazine Scans and T.V Shows (Talk Segments/Movies/Dramas).
2. Timer
- Set the timing when the subs are supposed to pop-out.
3. SFX / Effect Makers / K-effector
- Creating the effects on how the karaoke subs will turn out.
4. K-timer
- Time the words for the karaoke subs.
5. Encoder
- Re-encode the video format / Hardsubs the video with the softsubs.
6. Quality Checker
- Check the quality of the subs and videos before being released
7. Uploader
- Upload the subs to file-sharing websites such as Mediafire, RapidShare, 4Share, etc..
8. Graphic Designer
- Create seasonal graphics and create a new layout for the community at certain times.
- Create banners, gif, icons for members of the community.
9. Moderator(s)
- Needed for making sure the subs are done/finished and published by the dateline.
- MUST have the knowledge on how to use Aegisub.
- MUST be strict and able to be online for by the least 4 - 5 times a week.
- we will also be needing ONE moderator for EACH fandom base.
( meaning, 1 for KAT-TUN, 1 for Hey! Say! JUMP, and so on )
- Moderator(s) for a fandom of choice MUST provide us(team-members) updates, scans, live performance or anything new or old because some of us are not a big fan of some groups. So UPDATES are NEEDED.
* we are looking for a FEW moderators only. we will pick with extra care. *
NOTE! : As for now, the priority positions that we are looking for are ALL of the above.
