I don't even...

Where am I?

Wait... I know where I am. Guess I've been out of it for a while... and it's snowing. This place is just too... bizarre.

revived, after death, snow, just woke up

[A shadowed form entered the room Hol Horse was in. It had been too long, and the monsters were difficult and unappetizing. He was on edge more and more with each day. He was trying to stay away from the patience, they were far to tempting. Yet fate had decided to put a confused person right in front of him. Who was he to argue?]

[He rubbed at his eyes, still recalling the pain of being eaten from the inside out... and he felt a presence near him. Glancing him, he was a little startled, shaken, by the figure that was in his room. This fellow was someone he had never seen before...]

Who're... who're you?

[Be the man innocent soul or not, Laron did not care to know. Sometimes things were unavoidable, and sometimes fate and fortune simply looked a blind eye. Without waiting another moment Laron rushed forward, hoping surprise was on his side. He had no strength, no ability to cast, yet his hunger was the same as ever. He pounced on the man as his only answer ready to bite and feed as quickly as possible. His small and rather weak body would not be able to hold him down, so he was going to rely on shock, incoherence and blood loss as his allies.]

[It was a partially lucky strike. On one hand it was lucky for being an attack that Hol Horse did not see coming, but the man was soon struggling to throw the other off of him. He himself was still in the process of waking up, but Hol was quickly becoming well aware of what was going on.]

Are you trying to kill me?

[How observant.]

[Kill was such a strong word. If anything it was just a side effect. His intentions were nothing of the sort! Well, it wasn't like he was blind to the results. Still he clung hard digging his teeth in harder. Of course he didn't waste a moment to answer the question.]

[Hol struggled further against his attacker, but he was finding himself slowly growing weaker with an increase in blood loss. It was then that things began to piece themselves together. This stranger, who came out of no where seemed so like the other two... yet as far as he knew, Dio and Ice hadn't tried to eat him. The harder the bite was, the more he tried to pry the other off, but it was quickly becoming a losing battle.]

[The more blood Laron took in the more he frenzied. His mind was lost and anything more than the hungry animal was on hold. He didn't even concern himself with the mess as blood got over everything. Usually he tried to be tidy, but the longer he went, the less he could control himself. At least it was becoming easier, his victim was growing weaker.]

[There was something about vampires now that... Hol couldn't exactly shake off of him. Dio was the first that kicked him to the curb upon his arrival. There was a fellow by the name of Alucard who at one time demanded someone in return for helping the blonde, but Hol had figured the man forgot all about it. Then there was this younger fellow who was intent on drinking his blood. If he couldn't pry the feeding one off of him... then he could at least try for help!... Throwing himself onto the floor would hopefully cause enough noise for one to check... but it also placed him at a disadvantage as strength continued to fade.]

[Normally when Laron fed it was a quick affair. He simply pinned them to a wall, and usually but not always, ripped there throats out. It was a rather horrifying thing to watch, which was why he usually avoided doing it in front of his friends. Though in this case he was trying to do everything he could to keep this big man down. Somewhere in the back of his mind, where the instinct wasn't quite monopolizing, he decided he should seriously pursue regaining his abilities as soon as possible. He also wondered if he could manage to break this mans neck, but his little spindly arms probably couldn't manage it. The mans neck looked like a damn tree branch!]

[If anything was causing him to lose the fight, it was the combination of blood loss and inability to regain his strength. His body still seemed weak to him from the entire eaten alive ordeal. There was also a steady feeling of tiredness that was washing over his frame, and in all his struggles, he eventually became still. He thought about just, going to sleep... but a sudden panic struck him hard. He was NOT going to die again! However, that urgency to get away, only caused his heart to pump faster. A growl escaped him when he couldn't get his legs to work... he was quickly losing the fight.]

[Blood simply gushed out more with the increase in the victims adrenalin. Laron simply bit down more gnawing a bit on the already messy wound. Blood was getting everywhere though, the floor, his clothes. The fact he had to cling so hard probably meant his hair and other places too. What a pain, at least he had a black cloak. Just die already! At least he was starting to feel stated.]

[The wound itself stung... and it only caused more panic to tear at his mind. Though Hol Horse now found he had barely any energy to struggle any further. As he found out in his line of a mercenary, so many hand died with their eyes open, but he knew when it was time, having died twice already... there was nothing he could do anymore and simply closed his eyes. Eventually that cold darkness of death would take him again.]

[Laron held on till there was no blood left. Only then, when the cold would start setting in did he let go and get to his feet. He was wobbly and a bit charged. He wiped his face with his arm and looked down. He was rather surprised, he had been so hungry when he'd entered the room he hadn't really thought about it, but it really was a massive achievement to end up killing someone so much bigger than himself.]

I hope you were a shady individual, I don't want to find out you were some noble person.

[He spoke softly in a foreign language. He wouldn't dwell on it, after all, this was what he had to do, what he had been doing for seven hundred years. He would have to leave here quickly, and wash up. If people knew it was him, it would put his current position in jeopardy.]
