Character Personality:
Hol Horse is more or less a simple coward. He’ll boast how strong he is, but at the same time look for someone to hide behind in order to back up such a claim. The man likes the women, and finds himself to be quite the charmer. However when those of the female variety take no interest in him, he shrugs them off by claiming how cold they are. He believes that having women around who will do anything for him, can be useful.
Should the situation of trouble occur, he will turn his back and simply run away from it. He claims number two is better than number one, this perhaps because those who claim to be “number two” survive the next day. The man has no reason to back up anyone, and will quite quickly turn sides, depending on who is the strongest. In fact, he'll easily go with the side who can protect him the longest.
He is known to be both "helpful" and problematic. With his main goal to eliminate the good guys, he will boast about the power of his Stand, as well as whoever he's partnered up with.
While not outright pledging loyalty to Dio, he "follows" him for the fact Dio is quite the formidable opponent... and promised him money. It's only when Hol Horse tries to shoot and kill Dio that he realizes he's severely outmatched. Without knowing why such a clean shot to the back of Dio's head had missed, he offers his loyalty and do as ordered.
His cowardliness begins to show when his own life is finally on the line. He breaks down into nervousness and becomes very irrational.

Character Plans: Hol Horse is the type who will simply look for the strongest out there and offer to help them. Should it come down to it, he will easily align himself with either AGI and SERO, as the need to follow someone more powerful is what fuels his decisions. The fellow will also offer his help as a bounty hunter to whoever may pay him the most. While being nothing more than a simple coward, it would be interesting to give the fellow more personality if given the chance. Perhaps even find out why he's so quick to turn and run.

[There was a sharp intake of breath, quickly followed by a low groan.]
Son of a... Huh?...
[A pause, and moments later, his voice cracked from his throat.]
Siren's... Port? No, that's not right at all... How on Earth did I-- Boingo?
[There's a scuffle as he struggles to stand. Hol reaches into his pocket to take out his cellphone and dial a number. A frown crossed his face when he heard no real ring.]
Hello? Is anyone there? Hello? Damnit...! Why the hell... H-hey kid... you out there? This isn't at all what you predicted...!

His head spun. His body ached. This was turning out to be a bad day.
Standing up, Hol Horse slowly made his way out of the baseball diamond, a stagger would escape his legs every now and again. He wasn't sure how he got placed in the middle of an abandoned playing field to begin with. Not only that, the signs that were all around the field sent a chill up his spine.
"Darkness..." He muttered to himself as his walk became increasingly more steady.
Being left alone, with warnings of the dark, made the man a little more edgy than normal. After all, he couldn't see without proper lighting. Add in the fact that creatures like Dio might be lurking within the shadows, didn't ease his mind any.
It all came back to Dio.
Hol shook his head as he reminded himself that he had to defeat Dio's enemies, or he himself would be killed. Though as he walked on, he realized he wasn't even within the right city. Confusion wrapped itself around his mind as he walked, steps increasing into a light jog, slowing down only long enough to catch his breath.

As he trotted along, he could feel the eyes of something watching him. He didn't approve of the feeling of fear eating away at him so soon. He came to a full on stop and whipped around to face what was behind him. The man was actually shocked to see nothing phscyically hounding him other than his own cowardice.
"Damnit... there's nothin' there..." Nothing out of the ordinary at any rate, and Hol took the moment to rest. Placing his hands upon his thighs, he bent over just a enough to ease the discomfort in his back. "Where the hell am I?..."
Now that he had calmed down, it was only now that Hol took the time to actually look at his surroundings. It was a normal city, just as any other. He scoffed and slowly straighted up to stand. His body still ached from waking up in that baseball field.
"This isn't good... If I don't make it back, they'll find Dio's hideout." He grimmaced at the thought. "If I can't stop him, what chance do they have?"
Various throughts filled Hol's head at that moment, such as asking where he was, finding a way back to Cairo, and what would happen to him if he failed. He could easily stay right where he is, and not worry about his current task at hand. While it seemed the best option, he had seen what Dio was capable of. Taking a chance against that man and his own Stand was reckless! After all, it was his life on the line if he didn't succeed in his mission. His moment of closure was quickly eaten away as he began to think of the worst possible outcomes of his decisions.
Dio's servants could have been anywhere.
"Calm down, Hol Horse... ya just have to..." He looked up the street. "... have to find a way back." Turning back around, he began a quickened pace of walking. "Maybe ya can find someone to help. Just have to locate and ask the right person."
An eyebrow twitched. Part of him wanted dearly to simply snag a local bystander, and demand to answer any questions he had. Yet that would catch unwanted attention, and he couldn't be delayed longer than needed. So he did his best to remain calm and in control.
"Ya can do this... just go on and ask real friendly like..."
