Boston party hosting

I'm looking for an alternate venue for my big Channukah party (yes that one). I'm planning on hosting it while I'm out in Boston, but my previous venues are not available for a variety of reasons. I would need to run it by my housemates, and our house is a little weird in terms of having the social space split between two levels, but it seems plausible that it could happen here. We're about a mile north from Davis Square, a little outside of Powderhouse Circle.
