Haha, don't worry, she doesn't hold it against me, especially since I bought her flowers the other day. ;) (Alas, there is no blam chicka bow wow for us. We are hetero lifemates, a la Jay and Silent Bob.)

How are you, babe? You and the boy fucking yet?! ;)

Well, that's smart of you. I found a birth control that really worked for me. Not only did it do the job (i.e., no babies), but it also cleared up my skin and made my boobs bigger! Score!

beuh hahaha teh hilarious pun!

whoa, did not know all that about bono's family- v cool! just goes to know he really takes care of their privacy. :)

*huggles* sorry you had a crappy day...i'll stand guard for you and "remind" people to be polite...with my chuck norris-esque fighting skills. :D

*snork* Yay for your Chuck Norris fighting skills! Forget Chuck Norris facts -- I want to read Amy/Hannah facts. XD "When the boogeyman goes to sleep at night, it checks its closet for Amy." "Amy doesn't read books -- she stares them down until she gets the information she wants."

And it's okay about the crappy day -- it happens, especially in that line of work. I should be used to it by now.

And yeah, Bono is awesomely loyal to his wife. They've been together since they were both 15, and from what I've been able to tell, the sexual temptations of being a famous musician have never affected him or caused him to stray from the marriage. There's this clip on YouTube of a female fan who was allowed to dance onstage with him on U2's last tour, and all of a sudden she starts feeling him up and her hands start traveling below the waist...and what does Bono do? He very firmly says "no" to her several times, and then immediately gets security to escort her back into the audience. Awesome guy.

I love U2. I always laugh at myself for ever being annoyed that all the radio stations just kept playing Pride (In The Name of Love) when it first came out.

Don't let the bastards grind you down, indeed. Wise words.

(And in my head I'm just thinking, OMG Billy Joel and Bono in the same week! Squee!)

LOL! Well, even if you really love a song, hearing it too much can definitely make you not like it as much anymore. I'm actually not a huge fan of "Pride" -- I can see why it's so beloved by everyone, and I totally think it's a good song, but it's not my favorite of the boys'.

Was it Billy Joel's birthday too? It's interesting you bring him up -- a coworker of mine is fan of his and offered to burn me a CD to introduce me to his music. I offered to do the same thing for her with U2. ;)

I... like... U2, does that make me lame and so tewtally uncool? Eh I can live with it as long as people still think Wham! is cool.

Sorry for poopy days at work. I've found that for the most part people have been dicks lately.

LOL, according to snobbish emo hipsters, that does make us uncool. But fuck them. XD The bands they listen to probably wouldn't even be around if not for U2.

You're right about people being dicks in general lately. Is there something in the water? :-P

I love that SuperShakespeare icon, btw. :D
