Ear! Ear!

Edwards is a horses ass to be honest and he just cemented that reputation for me. I agree with you my dear, if they are going to be shits about something at least respect the voters intelligence (although questionable at times) by admitting the real reason for it.

Granted I don't know what any of us expect from this petty election where they make a huge deal out of what Clinton is wearing. *sigh* I think I'm going to vote Jesus in 2008 at least he likes everyone equally.

My mom worships the ground Edwards walks on, and I voted for him and Kerry in the last election, but I have been very disappointed in him lately due to his stance on gay marriage. I saw an interview with his wife Elizabeth where she said, "John is on a journey, as are many Americans today"...basically saying that he's a homophobe, but he's working on it. :-P

And yay for voting for Jesus in the 2008 election! That's a fantabulous idea.

By the way, I loved your reference to His Holeyness George Weasley. ;)

And that pic rocks. XD

Barack: "We've got to make sure that everybody is equal under the law. And the civil unions that I proposed would be equivalent in terms of making sure that all the rights that are conferred by the state are equal for same-sex couples as well as for heterosexual couples. Now, with respect to marriage, it's my belief that it's up to the individual denominations to make a decision as to whether they want to recognize marriage or not. But in terms of, you know, the rights of people to transfer property, to have hospital visitation, all those critical civil rights that are conferred by our government, those should be equal."

Oh how I want to smack the politicians on the head when they say such things. The Swedish church has agreed to wed same-sex couples, but for that to happen we have to change the law, and I can't see that happening in the nearest future. Even if our prime minister showed up at Stockholm Pride.

*waves* Hi, you must have found me through orgasmicspork. :) Thanks for reading.

That's awesome that your Prime Minister even showed up at Pride...our president, as you probably know, is really homophobic and would never do any such thing himself. Stupid politicians.

I know, that was really awesome. And quite a few important politicians walked in the parade.

And I also know that your president is a real twat. I don't know very much about him, but I know much enough to know that I don't like him.

But you get rid of him next year, don't you?

"A real twat" is the perfect way to describe Bush. XD And yes, we do get rid of him next year, thank god! I hope he gets replaced by a more gay-friendly candidate...although the problem is, as I said in this post, that none of them support gay marriage.
