I went to a Swedish Festival on Saturday in San Francisco and had Glögg for the first time (I have no idea why I've never had it...) and it was delicious! A cup of it along with pepparkakor was quite an awesome combination. Those Swedes sure know their drinks!

So, a British friend of the family, who has her origins in Germany, makes Killer glogg for us around thanksgiving every couple of years. Go out for a long cold hike, come back to glogg, life is good.
