This is basically me trying to make sure I know how to post with LJ’s new rich text editor (I failed at writing on vacation... but I did manage to almost finish the next instalment of YSIM/ITE at 8,000+ words), and to be a dweeb and ramble about my (mis)adventures in RL.

... I'd be happier if I could move D: darn my weakened muscles! lol jokes -- I love it anyway.

And I've discovered the joy of feather hair extensions -- they should never have made them available for use in the home. I'm more bird than blonde at the moment. :P

Feather extentions sound awesome! I'd never even heard of them until Chris Colfer wore one on tour. You shoulda included a picture with them!

You can just barely see one of them in the picture on the far left (hehe it's bright pink), but I haven't had my camera out for a few days :P

They are really easy to use, too! I have a bunch of feathers and these little plastic beads that you attach them with -- you just thread a small piece of hair and the feather through the bead and squeeze it to pinch everything together (I just used pliers lol). Such a simple thing... it amuses me greatly :P

Oh how I've missed you so <3 Looks like you had fun (aside from a belligerent golf balls and bees). And the blond works for you just as well as brown. I feel like I should make some connection here to Sam, but I'll let it go ;)
And glad to hear you're giving TKD another go. Everyone should have a sport to immerse themselves in. It's cheap therapy. Jogging in the summer, Snowboarding in the winter!

Sports (exercise in general I suppose) are so important :) Like you said: cheap therapy!

I hope you had a fun time on vacation! We got lucky and had some scorchers on the coast (unlike previous years where the beach involved hoodies, windbreakers and mitts), so we stayed a few extra days down by Gold Beach. :D

Sorry to be so late to the party, but I had to drop in and say hello! I'm glad you got a chance to take a vacay and relax; after the year you had, you more than deserved one. Here's hoping this new school year, while fun and exciting, is far, far less stressful.

Here's also hoping that you continue to find joy in Taekwon-do. Testing for third degree blackbelt? I feel like there should be something intelligent I could say, but really... damn, lady. Impressive. :)

And I may be very, very excited to see that there is new fic, as selfish as that may be.

I'm glad you stopped by :) I'm sorry it took a while to respond, but I've been travelling again and it's hard to get internet.

I'm pretty excited, too! I actually finished the next part of Your Sins Into Me and got the chance to post (the internet here keeps cutting in and out, and with the SNAFU that is LJ's posting system, it's a miracle that I got that far :D.
