For some reason they have seen it fit to charge me £11 for sweet FA, I think I will be closing my accounts at HSBC and will be taking my business elsewhere. Surely I'm not getting charged for paypal payments, I have more than enough money in my account so god knows what they think they are doing

I hate HSBC and did take my business elsewhere. Im with Barclays now and they have been nothing but helpful :)
