It was a long time ago since last I came back from the opera wanting to go back and see it all over again. Yesterday it happened. The event was The Pearl Fishers by Bizet at the ENO with Alfie Boe as Nadir. Well... that last part wasn't entirely true

I love the tenors duet(?) in pearl fishers - I think Pavarotti did it most famously.
