Ivy is the living memory of mankind. She remembers, with perfect clarity and comprehension, everything that has ever been written, as well as having an eidetic memory for each of The Archive's host's lives -- and that goes back to prehistory. Given that this massive influx of knowledge can and has driven hosts irreversably insane before (see: Oracle of Delphi), I think it would be best for all concerned if Peter didn't grab it. (It's also hard to justify someone empathically copying what is effectively a near-living, self-maintaining spell cast in prehistory.) Ivy does, however, also have an eidetic memory and the gift of wizardry, and these I'm fine with having copied; the latter should probably be kept to proximity, though, as untrained wizards have a depressing tendency to go insane or fall to darkness and get executed.
Morrolan is also complicated sigh my apping pattern. Of the several magical disciplines he's adept with, one of them (witchcraft) is known to rely primarily on the caster's inner resources, and ( ... )
