I have a lot of recipes, but they are all vegan and I am not sure what kind of baked goods you're looking for.

A quick tip: apple sauce can be used to replace eggs in most (but not all) baked goods. 1/4 cup per egg. I should note that this doesn't really work for cookies, more for softer things (like cakes or muffins).

i have tied using applesauce in the past but i alwas fuck it up with the consistency. it might be someting with the oven.
