Continuing right along with this narrative. Once again LJ Idol both gave me motivation to get the next bit posted, and a theme. And in fact the theme was once again fortuitous -- "uncanny valley." We definitely had our troubles, and that certainly impacted my enjoyment of Turkey, but I feel like we got into an unfortunate circumstance where we expected a lot from eachother that went unmet and then things got off the rails. We're still friends actually.
