I‘m sure the Brazilians meant well but I can imagine Cristina felt like she was being put on the spot. That whole thing about the conservatives thinking liberals will make Brazil ‚like Venezuela‘ reminds me of US Republicans claiming that it’s because of liberals that Baltimore is so bad.
