As an Australian who has been living in the US for 13 years, I still can't bring myself to put fruit salad on the same plate as savoury foods. Fruit salad is dessert, to be eaten after the main meal.

I haven't had a meal on a plane in decades, just pathetic little bags of crackers. Also, last time I was on a plane I forgot to bring a book and was so bored I actually watched Cruella over the shoulder of the woman sitting next to me.

What bugs me are those tricycles with long handles on the back so the parent pushes the kid around all day and the kid doesn't have to so much as touch the pedals.

John Wayne Airport is not far from me! We laugh, having grown up in the Inland Empire, how people there only road bikes to get to and from work ( and other shenanigans) but here in Orange County, the only people you see on bikes are for exercise… and now the bikes are electric! Lol. Those electric bikes have been an issue as you can’t hear them coming. Sorry I missed you when you were here!
