I had forgotten Trent was moving out. I assume you're going to get another housemate at some point, but it was sure convenient to have that extra room this time. Lovely waterfalls - I'm quite the waterfall aficionado.
It sounds like it was a really nice visit you had with your friend. The waterfalls were beautiful, and it must have been pretty peaceful to be there with no others around.
he was a nice friendly guy. I met him at a book signing (this bookstore in SF used to have great author signings but they don't do it anymore and I can't even blame it on covid :( ). I have that book.

Nah I don't plan to get another housemate. Its certainly nice having the rent but it's even nicer having the house to myself!
Though at this point I am eagerly anticipating having Cristina here in a few months! I think we'll maintain the second bedroom as a guest room (:
