   Friday we were under new Covid regulations since the state was about to pass 80% adult double-vaccination and the state in typical style wanted to get the easement of regulations in before the long weekend. Honestly don't fully blame them for not wanting to ask about vaccination status. Here people have verbally and physically assaulted people for not allowing unvaccinated people into their establishment, even though the provincial government gave almost 3 weeks notice that this would be going down. People are animals.

I find it interesting that, while I remember watching nature shows when I was little, it was like "Wild America with Marty Stauffer!" and such, and while I've long heard the name of David Attenborough, I didn't grow up with him the way the Australians apparently have, probably because we're on different sides of the BBC divide
