Wednesday, September 6th - around 10am the same driver who had brought me up from Managua to Somoto arrived in his red corolla to take me back down. Ohh, a cigar factory! That sounds neat! And we had 'sirens' in Louisville as well that they would run during the summer at certain times of the day. Yeah...they can be loud! I much preferred the church bells from the church an eighth of a mile from us. :)

I really don't understand the sirens! Especially where a cathedral with chuchbells is right at hand! Not only do the sirens sound literally blaring, but it seems a bit contrary to public safety for people to become desensitized to hearing them. What if there's an air raid at 11:30 or 5am and everyone is just like oh I didn't realize it was that time already...

I haven't been to a cigar factory but years ago I toured a perfume factory in Bermuda.

I love the Atlanta Airport.

Irma did much damage in the Caribbean too.
