I think I'll take it. They're offering to pay me beans but I think it will be an incredibly interesting experience. It would mean not just working as a professional brewer, which would be cool, but specifically being a brewer for one of the breweries I respect the very most in the world!

Much like cannabis, it occurs to me that a geek could get all the information they need from Internet surfing to put a still together and start making tasty and highly alcoholic beverages. But probably get in much more trouble than your average pot grower with a plant or two in the basement or back room if it gets discovered, because the feds are more interested in protecting their taxation interest than keeping people from getting high.

Yeah I'm pretty sure the feds aren't on the lookout for it, hence I talk relatively openly about it -- but if I were to start distributing it they'd come down on me
