Hmmm haven't written in awhile.

Almost halfway through my summer semester at the beautiful University of Guelph. It's much more bearable here since we got our air conditioning fixed. Of course, as soon as we got it fixed, the weather turned all cold. *rolls eyes

Heh, okay, it's not that bad ... I was just so sick of working on this lousy program that the Python docs took most of the brunt of my frustration. The docs I was referring to were mostly the tkinter stuff at pythonware.com, which is the best resource for tkinter I've found. I mean, I know that the information is probably all there somewhere but I'm not (yet) one of those people who can look at those docs and find the info I'm looking for quickly. There doesn't seem to be a sense when writing docs like that of practical application, ie here's the most common tasks the programmer will want to do, let's just tell him/her how to do them.

The good news is my program pretty much works now, so now I like Python a whole lot more ;)
