Today was my monthly lunch with Andrew, and as always it was nice to sit around and chat with him for about an hour. Conversation topics were a bit odder than usual this time around, but no worries. Sounds like Gak:s been completely gutted of cool people from when I was there, though

I picked up the one where they were holding hands, but I need to go back and get all the ones where Sho:s grabbing on to Nino:s scarf like it:s a leash. This trip was mostly for Oh-chan stuff. :)

i love reading ur stories about how school was and how great ur students are! :) really! i envy you for teaching cute little Japanese kids! i think that kind of job's really cool and yeah, i agree with u, i think ur a cool teacher as well. i mean, u won't be loved by ur studs if aren't, ne?

Thanks - I like talking about my work and my kids a lot. It:s nice to know I:m not boring everyone to tears. (Just most people, probably.)

From what I:ve seen online (I first got the link over at http://www.metafilter.com/ if you want to check it out first hand) people are saying it:s a gypsy moth infestation or something. Whatever it is, it:s delightfully creepy.

Which is creepy in a completely different way from the sketchy old men that seem to follow me around. Ugh.

Unfortunately, we have no such luck. Kitty is composed of four Johnny:s Jrs. and GYM is two Thai brothers named Golf and Mike (seriously. apparently JE has a branch office or something in Thailand and they:re from that) and YamaP. [sigh] They:ve got a single coming out later this month.

Yeah, Kitty is another acronym. Can:t remember who all is in it at the moment, but I can check when I get home and then tell you tomorrow. The GYM part is just Golf YamaP and Mike.
