This morning as I was walking down from the station, I passed a little kid being pushed up the sidewalk on a full-sized bike, holding on to the handlebars for dear life. I thought he looked a bit familiar, checked again, and it was Ryoma! He didn:t see me, though (he looked really scared, actually, and was staring down at the handlebars), which ( Read more... )

That song is brilliant, especially when they do it live and everyone strips. And, much is the trend with songs that have "na" as a stand alone lyric, I can't seem to stop singing it.

I'm anticipating the release of the DS light over here, but I don't know if I'm going to cough up and buy it or not. With the Ps3 coming out, I'm going to have to save all the money I can :(

I got a DS Lite :cause it was all I could find. Though I was lucky and actually got the color I wanted. I hear you on the saving money, thing. I:ve been really low over the last month or two, after going home and then changing jobs (hate that fucking :no full paycheck until you:re off probation period: shit).

I got the single with the DVD, but I haven:t watched it yet. I probably should sometime.... Ahh Shoyan, I love you. :)

Katamari on the Rocks also has Na as a stand alone lyric and that certainly sticks in your head something rotten >.>

Ewww. Drool.

I'm trying to decide if I want to get a denshi jissho, but now I've heard that there is a dictionary program for the DS that is about as good. Have you seen that, by any chance? Any advice?

Oh, there:s a bit more to the story, but I don:t have time to go into it here (I:m at work). But yeah, the gist of it is :ewww. drool.:

Both Laura and I got the DS for the dictionary program, and it:s pretty sweet. It has a handwriting interface and example sentences and idioms and such, and while sometimes the English is a little bit wrong (scary cat instead of scaredy cat, for instance) the Japanese is good.

Plus the DS and the software combined is cheaper than a denshi jissho alone. And you can get games (Like Mister Driller!) too.
