Here I was waiting with eager anticipation for your report from the Skagit this weekend, hoping you would get to see the Long-eared Owl, only to find you down for the count. Rats! I hope you feel better soon.

Yes, it was a somewhat difficult week and it seemed like a better plan to be frugal, stay home, and do things like take down the Christmas tree. -em.
