when i run i usually put my ipod on shuffle and then run into a song and listen to it over and over and over again until im done because i love it so much and it gets my mind off of my discomfort (and probably the rapists in the bushes too..). running is going well. I go 5 days a week, 3-5 miles. I'm still really slow. If i dont run, or if i only do 3 miles, without doing additional sprints or pilates i get really restless and cant sleep well, so i think thats a good sign, although i dont want to turn into one of those annoyingly hyper people. I doubt I ever would though
how's walking, kickboxing, and dancing going? are you going to be a svelt, six pack crazy biceps woman when we see you in november? that would be funny and weird lol

WOW! That is alot of mileage..you go girl!
I'm LOVING my workout routine. I'm not seeing much results in the last two weeks, though - not sure what the deal is. I'm thinking of starting to count calories to see if I'm still over-eating too much.
