Yesterday we took advantage of no school on Wednesdays and lovely weather, and went for a drive out the North Cascades highway. Which meant home-made raspberry chocolate chip ice cream at Cascadian Farm (oddly enough, they've gone from being a little organic farm stand to a division of General Mills which is the largest U.S. distributor of packaged

Oo! I love Cascadian Farms. They've just exploded around here recently. So tasty. I can just imagine their ice cream.
