Pip pooped in the potty at Sydney's house, woo hoo! Now we need to get him to do so at home... Perhaps we won't reach a point where creatures that poop where ever they happen to be when they need to go will outnumber those who don't after all.

Thanks to a scan from platys, I was able to send a list of corrections off to Amy&Jillian for the book, and ( Read more... )

Actually, sunglasses (though they might be some of the prescription ones). She mostly uses glasses for reading and computer, has some prescription sunglasses for driving, but for regular walking around, she sees fine. Not like me, who spent weeks on a trip with a crack all the way across one glasses lens so that I was able to see enough walk around without bumping into everything. Because I broke them on a holiday weekend right before leaving and the "glasses in an hour" people said "we can't get the prescription right reading off of a broken lens" and I said "I don't care, I just need it close enough that I can see to *walk,* I'll sign something absolving you" and they still refused. Sigh.

The book mistake thing really sucks.

I showed uon a link to some photos from the book without pointing him at anything in particular; he liked "the cardie", which turns out to be your design. It really is lovely.

I'm feeling the same exact way with my pregnancy. Maybe because it isn't as magical as the first time. I hit the wall the day after Easter and my house is falling apart while I try to sit as much as possible. A positive aspect of this is that I'm getting much more knitting done.

I was literally in full-blown maternity gear at 12 weeks with Milo. Your poor Mom. :(
