I'm not sure why, but I smiled at the thought that having your hair cut makes you feel more organized. :)
Sounds like a lovely trip and visit. Lolling sounds good, too. You deserve it after all that.
Going to look up elderflowers.

Whoa. Don't eat the berries or twigs.
The berries are best not eaten raw as they are mildly poisonous, causing vomiting, particularly if eaten unripe. The mild cyanide toxicity is destroyed by cooking. All green parts of the plant are poisonous

Check. No nibbling on twigs on the way to work.
The cordial is really yummy though. I am planning to find elderflower wine next and shall report back!

Nice visit and trips! Charlie took me to Avebury not that long ago and it was fantastic.
