YAY!!! Trust me, as a fellow Aussie, I love reading fics that have our essence to them! We unintentionally put in phrasings and spellings that we forget other people don't understand :P Speaking of, it probably wouldn't hurt to find a beta either; they're remarkably useful and even the best of us need someone to look over our work. I know my crazy ramblings sometimes have to be interpreted :P

I am a Zutara fan through and through and, like you, are fairly new to the fandom so there is much love!! ♥ ♥ So far I am absolutely loving this fic and cannot wait for you to update it! I really wanna know what happened Kataang-wise and if Toph will ever talk about what happened with her parents.

Plus, you know, Zutara ;)

thanks for the lovely comment!
woo hoo fellow Aussie! aussie high five!
I was thinkingIi need a beta. I just can't see my own mistakes when I read it back. I'm mistake blind. Do you know how I could go about finding one, or if anyone is intereseted in beta-ing my crazy drafts?

Thanks for the welcome!

Wow, that's a heartfelt exploration of the changes after the war. I can sympathize with the feeling of being a stranger in one's own home after so much has changed. And the day of east wind is an awesome idea! I'm kind of wondering what changed between the end of the show and the present that things became so awkward between Aang and Katara, obviously things have changed since the war but I wouldn't have expected such friendship and caring to just evaporate. And LOL Granpakku and Gran Gran being an old married couple. XD

ooh I'm glad you enjoyed it. this was my first bash at post war fic. I started right after I finished watching the series and I just had so much love for it and so many ideas. My ideas have evolved a little bit since then and when I get around to it, I'll have another try at fleshing out what I think would happen.

I actually had heaps of ideas for Granpakku and Gran Gran and their old married couple ways and I always wanted to explore that relationship more, but maybe that'd be better in a one shot.

Gran-Pakku for the win! Maybe a series of drabbles will capture those little moments well. It's one of the things I love about fanfic, that there are formats and ways of storytelling that just aren't available to original stories.
