tell him i advise against a mac. and it's for realistic reasons other then loving normal PCs. lemme go into some of this since it's kinda my thing... Their claim of not having viruses is kinda false advertising. They should have said it more like this, more people whould make viruses for us if we had been a more popular PC for the last 10 years. there are viruses for macs jsut not as many since bringing down all the macs in the would would hurt less then 10% of PC owners ( ... )

:( Sadly it is too late...the day after his grad party he bought a Mac. Likewise, my Dad told him about the software stuff. Probably because my Dad plays games and stuff on it...like Guild Wars.
Yeah...those commercials are dumb but I bet they've worked. They make a PC look very complicated and old-fashioned.

you dad plays guildwars? thats flippin sweet, lol. i used to play guildwars, but sadly i haven't had the time to get on in like 2-3 months.
