i hadn't had a good cry in front of the tv for awhile but then, while taking a break today:

glory was the movie our teachers put on for us by default whenever they didn't feel like teaching, for like seven years.

that's so odd.

though my first time seeing it was in a high school american history course i failed one semester of because i stopped doing the homework. glory was the highlight of the year for me.
