godddddddddd i want to die. going to the doctor for real today. i guess i'll leave at like 11:45, or relatively soon. i can't get any of the crap that's in my lungs to go anywhere, so it's just kind of collecting. gross. and my glands are swollen on my neck, the right one so much that it's clearly visible when i tilt my head back a little
