Peter called from New York. He says a hot dog stand crashed into their bus and there are pedestrians running everywhere and not obeying stop lights and that they are still waiting for the police to get the hot dog stand off the bus and they are running late and all their plans are going to hell and he is not surprised that he has already seen

Is he attempting to do his own version of The Out-of-Towners?
I should tell you about some friends of mine and their recent trip to New York. It made me think that they shouldn't be let out of their house without chaperones. I mean...who gets involved in a police raid on a vacation???

Nice to see he's getting the New York experience.

The way pedestrians flow in New York without getting killed always amazes me. They've got no sense, the drivers have no sense, no one has any sense and yet I've never seen any get hit. Amazing.
