( Loads of life stuff and one last thought that needed to be said because I've waited too long to say this. )

hmm, it seems i already knew most of this!

turns out Camelot's Arthur is my age! and BBC's Arthur is about 27 btw.

Yay for having a life! Isn't it awesome?

Actually, that's kind of why I've been away from LJ in the past as well. Fandom is good when it fits into your life, but I think it NEEDS to be a phase, otherwise you'll end up being a 50-year old part-time jobber in a Star Trek uniform, living in the parents basement, fantasizing about living on a space ship. Gotta grow up at some point. And let's face it - fandom can be SCARY place. I love TV, I love watching my favorite shows, and I love talking about them on occasion, but in healthy doses.

Okay, didn't really mean to go on about that, sorry. ^^ Basically what I meant was - it's really good to hear from you! And, seriously, A POOL IN THE GARDEN? That. Is. AWESOME. And yay for the moving in together with the bf.

LOL.

My life is pretty awesome. I am just in the process of moving to Berlin. (translate: I am currently IN Berlin, I have enough money for three more weeks in which time I will have to find a job and an apartment, because I am currently staying at my sister's place and she just has a new bf which means she'd like to have me out of here eventually.) But the job hunt's actually looking good. There's no translator jobs at the moment, but lots of other jobs to make money with while looking for something better. So yeah, I can't complain. :)
