Oh MAN. I'm like this weird mix of jealous and excited for you and gleeful at the very idea of Wicked being performed ANYWHERE, it's so awesome. \o/

Ohmygod, Panaili. We just got back on the island today, so I haven't had a chance to respond. But the show? Was. AMAZING. Seriously, I was like this all the way through, FOR REAL:

Okay, so I'm gonna out myself as a failed geography student here a bit: there are islands in Canada? I mean, I knew that Seattle uses ferries a lot too (thank you, Grey's Anatomy), but I don't know much about Vancouver geography, so I was a bit confused. -_-; Mostly because I live in Hawaii, so when you say that you're back "on island", you really, really mean it. ;P

And ohhhh, your story reminds me of the first time I saw Les Mis! I'm so glad you had a great night, and that the show was wonderful! And Emiliana, darling dear, I'm happy for you. ;P ...and now no more quoting from the songs. -_-;

Glad you're back! Hope you're having an awesome time with your friend from Korea~ :)

There sure are islands in Canada! I'll demonstrate my island, Vancouver Island, with my amazing image manipulation abilities, and not at all with five minutes in Microsoft Paint:

okay, one, I really hate you right now. seriously, I look like Elphaba because I'm so green with envy. grrr. what I wouldn't give to see it...again...for the third time...okay, I guess i can't hate you that much but still. the point still stands!

And two, You were in LONDON?!?!?!?!?!? and the timing of when you were in London, would mean that it was RIGHT before I arrived in London. like right before. we would have missed each other by like a month.(first time I saw wicked was while i was there. With Idina Menzel...okay, I really don't have a reason to hate you do I?) But seriously, twilight zone anyone? *sings* do do do do,do do do do...

So why/what purpose, and how long were you in London for? Oh God, I miss it. It is by far my most favoritest city in the world. I can actually never go back because if i do, I won't ever leave....actually, now that I think about it, I'm not really seeing the problem...

YOU SAW WICKED WITH IDINA MENZEL? OH, YOU SERIOUSLY HAVE NO REASON TO HATE ME. I'm so jealous right now, oh my GOD!!! There were posters for it EVERYWHERE when I went, and it came on RIGHT AFTER I LEFT oh my god it was devastating. ;_; KILLER JEALOUS RIGHT NOW!!

Also, ahaha at your Elphaba + green with envy comment... winner. <3 This is the very first time I've ever seen 'Wicked' live, and it was so amazing. What an experience!! I was basically exploding with excitement the entire time!

Holy crap! We must have practically crossed paths mid-air! I've only been to London twice, but it's one of my absolute favourite cities in the world as well. Boyfriend and I are probably moving there in a few years, too, because there's a Masters program there that I have my heart set on ohgod PLEASE let me get in, so we'd be living in the city for a few years. SO STOKED! It's just wonderful, isn't it? You should definitely come back and stay forever ( ... )

Okay, yes, i know I really can't be jealous, but...it's WICKED! and I'm not seeing it when other people are...IT'S JUST NOT FAIR!

Wicked is like the best show ever right? well, wait, there IS Les Mis too...and the Lion King...And Phantom...Oh hell, I can't decide. I love my musicals...Spamalot was good too...(Tim Curry was in that one, and it's hilarious...)Oh and Guys and dolls...For an older show...(besides, Patrick Swayze was in that one when I saw it...)

London. LONDON! Oh London. I've been twice, the first time was a family vacation, the second I studied abroad for three and a half months studying art. which is when I fell in love with the city, and saw every musical playing on the west end okay not really, but I saw a lot of them ( ... )

It isn't fair, is it?? It's like when I hear about friends going and seeing Les Mis and I die a little inside. XD I love musicals so much!! They are such an amazing experience, I don't even have the words!

You got to live in London for three and a half months! SO jealous, oh my lord. What a wonderful place to study art! You must have been in heaven! If I were you, I would have seen all the musicals on the West End, too, not gonna lie. I really hope I get into the program, too, although it is a year or two away from being crucial. :D Ideally, it would be at the London School of Economics and Political Science. *dies of happiness at the thought*

I do live in Victoria!! Hahaha, smarty! We live very close together, despite living in different countries! :D

I saw it for the first time last summer and it was a life-changing experience. You are going to LOVE it!

And I spent part of my 5th wedding anniversary in Vancouver. It's a beautiful city. XD Have a wonderful time!

Oh, I absolutely did love it!! :D :D :D You were so right! It was just incredible! The sets were just out of this world, and seeing all of the music performed with such energy and passion...! I definitely see why that could have been a life-changing experience. Boyfriend had to practically hold me back from exploding from excitement when we were waiting for doors to open! (He is kind and understanding of my ohmygodfreakingout moments. <3)

You spent part of your 5th wedding anniversary in Vancouver? How lovely! We live in Victoria and I was born in Vancouver, so I've spent practically half my life on the ferry going back and forth between the two. <3 It is a lovely city, isn't it? So very bustling! We had a lovely time, and thank you so much for the well wishes!!

Thank you so much!!! It was amazing, and we had such a fabulous time!! I was just over the moon that I FINALLY got to see this show, after years spent listening to the OST. SO WORTH IT! I definitely recommend seeing it again! :D

Good luck! You'll have a GREAT time. I got to see it on Broadway when I visited NY and even from the very, very last row it was incredible!
I'm excited for you!

Thank you so much, and we had such a fabulous time! It was a great cast, and a great show!

You got to see it on Broadway?! Oh, man, I'm immensely jealous! You know, I really find that if the show is incredible enough, it just doesn't matter where you're sitting. The experience will be shattering regardless. When I went and saw Les Miserables in London, we had the worst seats in the world -- and I was absolutely riveted and captivated the entire time. <3

Thanks so much for your excitement, bb!!! :D :D :D

I'm so happy you had a great time (and not at all surprised!).

We literally had the very last row one could possibly have and yes, it was *still* amazing.

Yay for both of us for having such fun seeing it! :D
