Love the animated icon, though mine would probably have included Will. Oh fecking well. You definitely have skillz. How didja do it?

In the GIMP, it's all about layers. You anchor the first one as the background, then create a new one on top of it, paste what you want into it, anchor that, etc. until you have what you want. Then you save it as a .gif animation file (the trick is to get the cycle rate slow enough - I had to save the thing, like, 10 times to get it slow enough). I only figured it out because I have WAY too much time on my hands.
