The implications of what happened alone make me want to cry but it was worth it. This was great, I really like the imagery you used. It was pretty easily for me to imagine what might have really been going on based on what Critic felt and saw.

I like all of this, I do, but these lines - She glanced at the snakes that made her skin look like patches of nighttime, and He tried to reply, but found he had a penny in his mouth. - these lines are my favorite.
