Last Friday I had the opportunity to watch the fairly new animated Wonder Woman DVD for the first time, even having a real time discussion about it on Twitter with autumnrae89 which was so fun that I thought I'd make a review post now that I've seen most of the special features on the two-disc version too.

I completly agree with you with everything you said. I'm not very familiar with WW's mythology. I've only read a couple of comic books and nothing more, but I loved this movie. I think I liked it more than Superman: Doomsday (that I felt was too rushed) or New Frontier. I can't wait to watch the Green Lantern movie too.

So you liked it too? Cool! I can see why you liked it more than the other ones, it probably didn't hurt that there wasn't a definitive story the WW one was based on unlike the previous two and they were able to take a few ideas without having to stay completely literal to her origin since it was so long ago. :)
