Because I just put in my macbook pro order. There goes a nifty $2500 out of my pockets, by means of my shiny new credit card. The extended warranty seemed like a worthwhile expense despite it's pricy tag ($240), and the 30GB ipod was just too good of a deal ($200 rebate). Woot! Wow, you got a big one. :D Hope you enjoy it. Do you know which OS it's coming with? I've got Tiger on mine but like I mentioned before I think the new one is out.

Wee! Yes I hope I shall as well. :) I figured I'd go all out, which coming from a conservative spender like me is a big deal. In the last 24 hours I jumped back and forth between the macbook, imac and macbook pro. The portability of the macbook pro won out over the cheaper imac.

As far as I know it's going to be Tiger. That's what it lists in the shop and I haven't heard that Leopard is out or not. That's probably the one thing I'll miss out with my purchase but I don't think I could've waited however many months more for that to come out. @_@

Good point. Also you don't want the first edition of the new OS anyway I think. I want to purchase an upgrade but not until I feel like they've worked all the bugs out and stuff. :D

Well if you have any questions don't hesitate to send 'em my way. I know it took me a couple days to figure out even simple things like how to install a program, lol just because I'd never done it before or been told how.

I was going to reply to your other one but I couldn't so I'm just gonna add on here. I've been pretty much on here for the last year and a half (when I finally settled on this account), although I've been playing around with LJ for over two years.

I think we lost touch right around the time I left the internets for a few months to just get away from everything and then I could never find a way to contact you again. Lucky that I had free time to search through my inbox archives. lol. XD

I mostly very into fandoms here although I do talk about everything here and with friends here. I'm trying to be a writer but I haven't had a chance to write much since I've been busy with work ever since I started this new job in January.

And um, I hope you are doing well if not bloody fantastic. ;D How's life been? :)
