Evan knew that look and as John approached him he wondered what he’d done now. There were a few possibilities, but since John hadn’t any reason to go out on a suicide mission it meant he must have tormented McKay enough that the entire military contingent would be feeling it. The last time that had happened Evan had to take drastic measures to please McKay and he never hoped to do that again. It had taken him months to regain some dignity
