The latest news from DW (in a nutshell, trolls from hate groups are threatening actions to shut them down based on accusations of hosting child porn...*sigh*) is discouraging, but I love the calm, rational way they're handling it. It is in marked contrast to LJ's hysterical

:) I crosspost everything. it's not hard to set up - I use the web interface. Just go to "Organize", then go to "Manage Account", and click "Other Sites". You'll be able to add this account and set to crosspost by default.

Of course, because all the service and cleverness and user-friendliness is on the DW side, this means I'll need to start posting by default on DW, and it will crosspost here on LJ, right?

Nah. If I did anything on DW, it was more by accident as I fumbled around.

blueraccoon just explained to me how to crosspost, so I think I shall start doing that--it seems like a rational step toward shifting over to DW.
