Yay! I love that "maybe" at the very end. This is such a great final chapter. I really just love how much you managed to pack into a few chapters. I was kind of expecting to feel deprived, considering how much I love your really long stories and can devour them repeatedly, but nope, you've managed to put just as much TLC into this as you do your longer works, and the results are completely satisfying. I love the way that Ziva is silently supportive and Ducky is tactful until asked a direct question. Even more than those two, I love the return of DiNosey, even if he won't take his nosiness quite far enough to suit the even more wonderfully nosey Abby and her tv breaking, lube supplying ways. But mostly I love Gibbs in loving caretaker mode and his final realization that maybe, just maybe rule 51 supersedes rule 12 in this case. I think I've surpassed my previous overruse of the word "love" in a review, but when it comes to your writing, I mean it every time I write it! Well done, my friend

This was wonderful. I loved Gibbs pov here when he has to deal with Abby and Tony's meddling. The way he was taking care of Tim was so lovely.

I have loved this series of stories.

This was really sweet - aside from all of the McGee torture (which I also enjoy, because McGee whumping allows for Gibbs to reveal his softer side). I especially enjoyed Tony and Abby's ridiculous matchmaking attempts (which I could totally see each of them doing).

Of course, I always want more, but you did end the story so nicely that I can't grouse about it too much. :-)
