"Having some trouble there, Toby?" Gibbs smirked as he used Tony's favorite nickname for the FBI agent. Hanging upside down tangled in one of the hammock chairs, Fornell tried to turn enough to stare at Gibbs' legs.

"Don't even start. Just get me out of this damn thing."

My absolutely favorite thing in the entire chapter is the image of Gibbs and Fornell playing Go Fish. I love this story and the humor just comes shining through. Gibbs hiding steaks is just so perfect.

Thanks. I think that's my favorite, too. Of course, Tobias swinging in the breeze is a very close second.

The steaks - you know Gibbs just loves yanking on Fornell's chain, convince him they only had beans for when there wasn't enough fish.

Go Fish. I love that game. And Gibbs just yanking on the hammock to get Fornell down was simply awesome. So Gibbs. It's pretty great that Tony and Gibbs are volunteering to help Tim with his Scout-lets. I'm willing to bet Tony's going to love Tim's Scout kids in a short hurry. Fabulous chapter! Will beg and grovel for more!

Love and cherries,
Winstar

Thanks, I had so much fun with this chapter. I've got lots of sequel nuggets tucked away too.

Great chapter. The ending was particularly hilarious. It was very sweet how Tony and Gibbs volunteered to help Tim with his scouts.

It is nice to read something less serious in the NCIS fandom and this is so well written.

Can't wait for more! Thanks!

Thanks, I'm having a blast with this. Trying to do the Nano numbers, even if I'm not doing Nano itself. 50,000 words this month is the goal and I'm bouncing between this and Laboring with Paradox and Remnants thrown in for good measure. Managed a combined 2,602 words yesterday, most if it in Laboring.
