"McGee, wake up."

Tim's eyes snapped open, if nothing else but from the shock of the gentle request. The room was almost pitch black but Gibbs made no effort to turn on a light as he leaned close, whispering in Tim's ear.

"They're going to come for us, soon. If you are offered a deal to get out of this, I want you to take it."

So good! I love Gibbs and McGee each willing to sacrifice himself is just right. I love the whispered conversation with each so aware of the other's proximity. So lad the SG team sees the importance of keeping them together. I especially love McGee calling Gibbs everything. I melted! Gibbs reaction to hearing it was so heartwarming, and the need for physical contact after so sweet. My favorite of all is Gibbs whispering Tim's name upon being reunited.

Thank you. Again, it's the little moments that drive the chapter as things fall into place. They haven't had "the I love you conversation" yet, but we see the love in each of these little moments.

So all Tim has to do is track the hacker, fix an alien computer, and then never tell Abby what happened. Poor guy. I do hope Gibbs will make sure Tony, Ziva, and Abby understand the "we can't talk about what happened, it's top secret" thing. He'll definitely have to put his foot down with Abby though. Assuming they get back alive.

Yep, that's all he has to do. Easy Peasy, right? Should be fun, welcome aboard.

"Everything." That one word was so powerful.

This was another terrific chapter. You do a terrific job of moving the story forward but still giving us wonderful details, not rushing us but not bogging us down with unnecessary information. I'm really looking forward to Gibbs and McGee's reaction to the stargate.

Thank you. That balance is very important to me, sometimes I spend hours on just one or two "moments" to make them just right
