Wow, this was good, if painful. Castiel doesn't think he's got value? Balthazar stealing him away from Dean? And poor Dean, having to witness it all. Ouch.

This particular story isn't getting continued, but I am working on a longer Balthazar/Castiel piece that this one basically inspired; this I wrote before I worked out why I liked the pairing, so there are a few elements I wouldn't include in a longer fic, but I'm definitely looking forward to writing more for them :).

Thank you! It was interesting writing it at the time because it was before I quite grasped why I like Balthazar/Castiel, but I was pleased with how it turned out given the short turnaround ^^.
